Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 – 20

Budgetary Responsibility: 0 – $100,000

Work Setting: Manufacturing facility

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical and other systems, Oversee analysis of data and information, Negotiate goods and service contacts, Establish safety and security procedures, Enforce facility policies, Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Arrange training for staff, Conduct performance reviews

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
