Title: Farm supervisor

Salary: $21.60 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver’s licence
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Farm Operations: Berry, Potato or vegetable
Type of Equipment: Vegetable or fruit harvester, Tractors, Trucks, Seed drill, Fertilizer applicator, Crop sprayers or dusters, Irrigation systems
Specific Skills: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, Perform general farm duties, Supervise farm operations
Additional Skills: Develop work schedules and establish procedures, Maintain quality control and production records, Train workers
Security and Safety: Driver’s validity license check
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Large workload
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Noisy
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Vehicle supplied by employer
Work Location Information: Remote location
Ability to Supervise: More than 20 people, Contractors
Other Languages: Punjabi, Russian
