Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required

Experience: Will train

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Area of Specialization: Biology, Microbiology, Botany, Agriculture

Type of Work Experience: Laboratory testing and analysis, Applied research, Field research and surveying, Cultures and samples preparation

Type of Technical Experience: Tissue and cell, Greenhouse production programs

Specific Skills: Assist in conducting biological, microbiological, biochemical tests and laboratory analyses, Assist in conducting field research and surveys, Assist in analysis of data and preparation of reports

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Working with others

Other Information:Valid driver’s license is essential. Availability has to be till end of October 2009.
